АГ при хронических заболеваниях почек:
• Хронический гломерулонефрит.
• Хронический пиелонефрит.
• Диабетическая нефропатия.
• Аутосомно-доминантная поликистозная болезнь почек.
• Поражение почек при системных васкулитах.
• Амилоидоз почек.
• Туберкулез почек.
• Опухоли и травмы почек.
• Нефропатия беременных (первичная и вторичная).
• Врожденные аномалии числа, позиции, формы почек: гипоплазия, удвоение, дистопия почек, гидронефроз, подковообразная почка.
Вазоренальная АГ:
• Атеросклероз почечных артерий.
• Фибромышечная дисплазия почечных артерий.
• Неспецифический аортоартериит.
• Гематомы и опухоли, сдавливающие почечные артерии.
• Врожденная патология: атрезия и гипоплазия почечных артерий, ангиомы и артериовенозные фистулы, аневризмы.
Эндокринные АГ:
• Поражение коры надпочечников:
– гиперсекреция минералокортикоидов (аденома надпочечника, гиперплазия коры надпочечников, семейная форма гиперальдостеронизма 1-го типа);
– гиперсекреция ГКС (синдром Иценко–Кушинга).
• Поражение мозгового вещества надпочечников:
– гиперсекреция катехоламинов (феохромоцитома).
• Нарушение функции щитовидной железы:
– гипотиреоз;
– гипертиреоз.
• Гиперпаратиреоз.
• Поражение гипофиза:
– болезнь Иценко-Кушинга;
– акромегалия.
АГ, обусловленные поражением крупных артериальных сосудов:
• Атеросклероз.
• Коарктация аорты.
• Стенозирующее поражение аорты и брахиоцефальных артерий при неспецифическом аортоартериите.

Центрогенные АГ:
• При органических поражениях центральной нервной системы, повышении внутричерепного давления: опухоли, травмы, энцефалит, полиомиелит, очаговые ишемические поражения.
• При синдроме ночного апноэ.
• Интоксикация свинцом.
• Острая порфирия.
Лекарственные средства и экзогенные вещества, способные вызвать АГ:
• Гормональные противозачаточные средства.
• Кортикостероиды.
• Симпатомиметики.
• Минералокортикоиды.
• Кокаин.
• Пищевые продукты, содержащие тирамин или ингибиторы моноаминооксидазы.
• Нестероидные противовоспалительные средства.
• Циклоспорин.
• Эритропоэтин.
